Memory and Aging
Q: Hi John , my question is - what can a Senior citizen do to improve memory - I always seem to be misplacing things - and can’t remember where I left them.
Yesterday I got all the way home, and I realized I had left my purse- At the grocery store.

A. Hi Marge — great question and thanks for writing — we all seem to get a little forgetful as we age.
This may be caused by a lack nutrition. The brain needs certain nutrients to function properly.
In addition, the brain faces increasing pressure to perform as well (or better) than it did when we were younger. Make sure you are consuming the right amount of water daily, combined with a common sense diet ,And consider the Feed My Brain product for adults. Great for us seniors!! I have used formulas of this type for years with great success.
As we get older we all want to:
- Improve memory
- Mental motor skills
- Alertness
- Cognitive functions
- And Maintain our IQ
