Improving Brain Hydration

One of the questions we get a lot at asktheherbalist.net is, “How can I improve my mental clarity, increase my ability to focus, and boost my brain power.”

The first thing that I tell people is to make sure you’re practicing good brain hydration. Are you drinking enough water? The brain is 80% water, and our bodies are 70% water, which most people already know. Brain function is critically important and dependent on proper water intake. Things like coffee, tea, soda, and other beverages generally are more dehydrating because they cause the body to lose water. That is, they have a diretic action. Water itself is the best way to hydrate the body. I like to add Xtreme X2O to all the water that I drink, it actually changes the molecular configuration of the water so that it is more easily absorbed into your cells, whether it’s the cells of your brain or the cells of the body.

Just yesterday we had a lady come into our Herb Shop who had purchased some Xtreme X2O and began adding it to her water and increasing the amount of water that she drank on a daily basis. She told me, “Since I started drinking this X2O water, two weeks ago, I have more mental clarity than ever before, and  I can focus better on whatever task I am doing.”
